Rasoi Magic Pav Bhaji Mix

Ingredients
Tomatoes 5 or 300 gm (medium size, chopped or pureed)
Capsicums 2 or 100 gm (medium size)
Green peas 100 gm (fresh or frozen)

Method
1. Boil peas, mash them into a smooth mix and keep it aside.
2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil; fry the chopped capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add pureed tomatoes and cook for 2 minuntes.
4. Add the mashed peas, simmer and them add 2 cups of water and the pav bhaji spice mix paste.
5. Let it all simmer together, until it thickens.
6. Garnish with 2 tbs butter and coriander - offer with bread, buns or  pav. 
7. Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
8. You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
